Deleuran has a substantial amount of concert experience, both in productions of operas/operettas, recitals and ensembles. Chantel Mathias from Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, Swedish mezzosoprano Anne Sofie von Otter and Italien soprano Barbara Frittoli. At the same time she studied with Royal Danish opera singer Marianne Rørholm at a talent youth programme in Copenhagen.ĭeleuran has worked with prominent opera coaches and singers all around the world including German dramatic soprano Manuela Uhl, American baritone Thomas Hampson, coach and pianist Elisabeth Rowe from Guildhall School of Music and Drama, voice teacher of Manhattan School of Music Cynthia Hoffman, soprano Edith Wiens, soprano and voice Prof. Previously she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Musicology with elective in Gender studies from the University of Copenhagen. Deleuran is currently studying with professor Rosa Mannion and coach Caroline Dowdle. She is an alumna of Royal College of Music and the Royal Danish Academy of Music. Deleuran shows excellent timing, a very strong presence and a natural ability to communicate with her audience. Deleuran has a beautiful voice with a distinct projection and a colourful sound. This year she will sing the role of Gertrud (Hänsel und Gretel) both at the spring opera at Royal College of Music and the Verbier Festival. Deleuran made her Danish debut as Nedda (Pagliacci). She thoroughly enjoyed experiencing and performing in such musically historic places, and hopes to continue taking opportunities to do so in the future.Danish soprano Katrine Deleuran is a part of the the Atelier Lyrique opera programme at Verbier Festival and a Leeds Lieder Festival Young Artist together with her duo partner Aleksandra Myslek in 2022. Most recently, Sariah traveled with the BYU Chamber orchestra on a European tour, playing major works in venues throughout Austria, the Czech Republic, and Italy. Sariah has loved playing bass in orchestras from the time she picked up the instrument.ĭuring her studies at BYU, she completed 2 degree-seeking recitals, played in various chamber ensembles, and performed with the BYU Philharmonic Orchestra, seated as a section member, and rotating principal player. She recently earned a Bachelor's degree in music performance from Brigham Young University, studying with Eric Hansen. Sariah is a first year master's student at Baylor University, studying music performance. Isaiah's career goal is to be a university professor and focus on making music education more accessible to middle and lower-class families. He also serves as the Music Chair for Music and Memory at Baylor University. Currently, Isaiah is an active member of the Baylor Symphony Orchestra, Jazz Ensemble, Golden Wave Marching Band, and is the president/founder of the Mariachi Ensemble at Baylor University. He was also a member of the El Paso Youth Symphony Orchestra for five years, an ambassador for the El Paso Society for Musicians of the Future, and principal double bass of the Gilbert and Sullivan Company of El Paso. He performed with the TMEA All-State Orchestras for two years and participated in the TMEA All-Region Symphony Orchestra, Jazz Band, Mariachi Band, and Symphonic Band. Throughout high school, Isaiah performed in various ensembles such as the Varsity Orchestra, Jazz Band, Marching Band, and Mariachi Band. Isaiah was born and raised in El Paso, TX.
